Changed your mind
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases and realise that on occasions you may want to cancel or return items.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible and we will be happy to arrange this for you.
If we are unable to cancel your order as it is near completion or has been dispatched don't worry you still maybe able to return these items to us.
Simply return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, if you can we would appreciate an email on to advise us of your return. Your purchase must be returned in a fully resalable / new condition.
If the item you are returning is part of an offer e.g BOGFO (buy one get one free) or 4 for £20 and if returned separately. This will result in the full price being charged for other items in the special offer and your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
We do not cover the cost of returning your purchase and we would recommend obtaining a proof of delivery receipt as we do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post whilst in return transit.
On receipt of the returned item(s) in resalable / new condition a refund will be made within 14 days. Reductions may be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. We only refund the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place, so if you opted for enhanced service e.g guaranteed next day, we only refund the basic cost.
If you have ordered personalised or custom/bespoke items these are unfortunately non-cancellable and non-returnable unless faulty.
Damaged / incorrect item
We do everything possible to make sure your purchase arrives to you in pristine condition and exactly as ordered.
However, if your item is damaged, or not as expected, please email us on providing your order number, name and the details of the product with a photo of the item / damage which will help us to assist you as quickly as possible.
If your item is faulty within 30 days of purchase please email us on providing your original order number, name and the details of the product with a photo of the fault and we will contact you with regards to return, full refund, exchange or repair.
